Order Status:
Due to increased demand and order volume, processing times are currently longer than usual. Our team is actively working to prioritize each shipment. You will receive an email notification once your order has been processed and shipped.

Returns:
All items currently listed are final sale, and no further returns or exchanges will be accepted. However, if you initiated a return prior to our final sale, we are processing these in the order they were received. You will receive an automated email with your refund details once your return has been processed.

Warranty Claims:
As of February 14, 2025, Liberated Brands will not be accepting new warranty claims until further notice. If you initiated a warranty claim before this date, rest assured that our team will follow up with a resolution via email.  Any warranty codes distributed must be redeemed before February 28, 2025.

Hours of Operation:
Our customer service team remains available during regular business hours, Monday to Friday 9 am - 6 pm PST. Due to the high volume of inquiries, response times may be longer than usual. We kindly ask that you refrain from sending follow-up emails, as we are addressing requests in the order that they are received and will respond with a resolution as soon as possible. All inquiries and communications will be addressed via email only.

Gift cards and loyalty rewards:
Due to a change in the operator of this website, we regret to inform you that after February 16, 2025 we will no longer be able to accept Gift Cards as a form of payment online or in-store. Members of the Loyalty Program also have until February 16, 2025 to redeem their points for a coupon and spend that coupon either online or in-store.Â
